Do you like transparent goggles?

The classic edition of Seamour sheep has a pair of goggles in solid color, while the black glasses are cool but the lens were not transparent. It was more of a compromise in resources (time and $) than a technical practicality. An initiative to give more coolness to the Illuminative Edition is to give him a pair of transparent goggles. Shown above is the latest pre-production sample showing the Seamour wearing the goggles in light-on mode.

TrackBack URII love the transparent goggles! I think for the previous version, the black ones worked fine but this is a must for the illuminated seamour!

I like it transparent. It utilizes the light that Seamour is giving out. Blacked out glasses would make it look like the light is getting cut off.
I personally don’t like the transparent goggles. The eyes were always a problem being the only solid part of the toy but they still just about worked. With the goggles it now makes him look startled.
I think that it would look better if the goggles were solid. It would make them stand out more without the transparent brown startled look.
But that’s just my opinion. Either way I love the little fella and I am really liking the usb lamp idea. It’s a very imaginative piece.
I like the transparent one, we can see is eyes even light is off.

I like the transparent goggles on the illuminated Seamour, it makes it look that much more special over the standard Seamour. Keep up the good work!
