HOW DO I SIGN-UP AS CRAZY LABEL ARTIST?

Send email or postal mail of your portfolio to us. Each submission will be carefully reviewed. Once your submission is accepted. We will send you an Artist Agreement. Please sign and fax back to Crazy Label. Once we received and approved your signed Artist Agreement. Our Producer will contact you to kick off the toy creation process.

HOW THE ARTIST MAKES MONEY

While the terms with each Artist may not be identical but our general consensus is that, the more your toy sold via Crazy Label, the bigger portion of the net profit you got. We are not spliting on gross revenue on toys sale because we have to invest money in creating them.

THINGS YOU WANT TO KNOW

You as the author of your creation, own the copyright of your toy design. On the other hand, if you are currently employed by a toy company (have a contract with them), you may not be able to sign with Crazy Label. Many toy companies have strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or policy restricting its employees from working either part-time or full-time for other companies for competitive reasons.

We cannot release any toy that are copyrighted to any person or organization other than you. In other words, we accept only original creation.

By signing of the Artist Agreement, you granted a non-exclusive license to Crazy Label to design, manufacture, market products that based on your toy design. However, you can sign agreement with others as you wish.

Sales performance of your toys will be reported by the end of each month. We pay your royalties at least twice a year. If your royalities are less then $100, we will hold onto them until they reach at least $100.
